Must have: 5+ years planning and conducting requirements workshops with operational and/or clinical staff and stakeholders; 5+ years translating business requirements into technical requirements in enterprise IT; 5+ years using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, use cases, and process modeling; 5+ years in design, development, and implementation of complex IT solutions; 5+ years with UAT processes in large multi-stakeholder environments; 5+ years stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination; 5+ years conducting change impact analysis; 3+ years integrating complex IT systems with multiple data sources, web services, and legacy solutions; 5+ years working with third-party vendors for integrations/interfaces; and 3+ years with EHR/EMR systems in community or provincial health contexts.
Duties
- Lead requirements gathering, refinement, and documentation in complex multi-stakeholder environments.
- Capture, analyze, and evaluate business processes, workflows, use cases, and cross-system data flows.
- Document integration requirements, system interactions, interface requirements, and data exchange patterns.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications aligned to architecture and delivery constraints.
- Assess technology and service requests and provide impact analysis and recommendations.
- Support project planning, scheduling, estimation, and resource coordination for solution delivery.
- Evaluate existing services/integrations to identify modernization and interoperability opportunities.
- Support proof-of-concept activities, rollout readiness, and test plan development.
- Provide quality control on implementations and ensure compliance with change governance processes.
- Track and report issues, risks, dependencies, and delivery status across concurrent initiatives.
